“We invest in women, people of color, and people of color,” she said.

She went ahead with the conversation and detailed the concept of ‘diversity’ in other venture capital firms.

The CEO of Serena Ventures said “a lot of these companies talk about diversity, but they just talk about it.” If a company is really committed to diversity, then the CEO believes that action should be taken.
