According to Dirt.com, Norman Reedus and Diane Kruger are prepared to sell their Sunset Strip chateau, which they reportedly paid $8.5 million for. The couple (or more precisely, just Reedus, as the actor is reported to be the sole owner of the home) have listed the mansion for $9.25 million, a tidy but not extravagant profit if and when they find a buyer at that price.

The house is a stunning chateau-style residence in a prime position, close to the renowned Chateau Marmont hotel among other places. The recently listed 1926-built property is described as follows in official marketing materials:

According to reports, Reedus owns a number of other residences, largely in New York City but also one outside of Atlanta, so the pair won’t be without a roof if this one is lost.
