One of the biggest games of the competition will be played on Monday in Las Vegas as NBA Summer League action continues.

There are six games going on, with the Pelicans versus. Hawks game starting at 6 p.m. ET. But everyone will be watching the main event between the Magic and Thunder at 9 p.m. ET since it will be the first time the No. 1 and No. 2 overall picks will face off on an NBA platform.

Paolo Banchero of the Magic and Chet Holmgren of the Thunder will compete after both prospects’ recent performances in the Summer League generated some attention. These two best rookies will square off once again after competing against one another in college last autumn while playing for Gonzaga and Duke, respectively.

In that encounter, Banchero prevailed over Holmgren, leading Duke to victory with 21 points, five rebounds, and two assists. The eventual No. 1 pick in the 2022 NBA Draft had Holmgren’s number despite the fact that he still had 16 points, seven rebounds, and three blocks.
