Josh Allen: There’s nothing Dawson can’t do

Dawson Knox, a tight end for the Buffalo Bills, discussed on SiriusXM NFL Radio that the team is not getting ahead of themselves when it comes to predictions of the Super Bowl.

Dawson Knox, a tight end for the Buffalo Bills, recently appeared on SiriusXM NFL Radio and said that the team is not getting ahead of itself when it comes to listening to predictions that they will win the Super Bowl this season.

That same interview with Knox also included an explanation for why many fans are so optimistic about their chances this season. Bills quarterback Josh Allen’s performance over the past two seasons has elevated his team’s status as a contender, which Knox gushed about.

Every receiver, tight end, and running back aspires to play with a player like that, Knox explained. It’s amazing what he can do with the ball. He can throw it 70 yards down the field, or throw it off his back foot back across himself, or make plays with his legs and extend plays. I mean, he can do it all. Nobody can match the man’s skill set. He’s been known to force defensive backs to the ground with his stiff arm. He’s soaring over linebackers and simply tearing through the field of play. I can’t believe it’s happening.”

Knox said the Bills are “trying to advise him to slide more often” because of the risk of injury that comes with running as a quarterback, but noted that it is difficult to do so because Allen can make so much happen when he takes off running. Allen may be running all the way to Arizona in February if things continue to go as they have for the past few years.
