One previous Tesla engineer told Reuters he as of late accepted a position at Alphabet due to the absence of balance between serious and fun activities, including strain to come into the workplace during the pandemic. According to him, the minimum number of times per week that he is required to report to work at Google is three, and many of his coworkers are able to perform their duties remotely.
