Diddy Is The Mystery Buyer Of Gloria Estefan’s $35 Million Miami Star Island Mansion

It’s been stated that Diddy has also owned the house next door to his recent purchase since 2003. It’s likely that he plans to combine the two properties into one huge estate, but that is yet to be determined.

You might recall that a while back, an unknown buyer was said to have paid about $35 million for what had served as Gloria and Emilio Estefan’s “Nena’s Villa” on the prestigious Star Island neighborhood off the coast of Miami. Now, TMZ is claiming that hip-hop legend Sean “Diddy” Combs is the buyer in question. It won’t be Diddy’s first purchase on the island either.

According to reports, Diddy has owned the house next door to his recent purchase since 2003. It’s possible he’s planning to combine the two properties into one massive estate, or maybe he’ll use it as a granny flat, as the Estefans had been doing.

His latest purchase spans approximately 8,000 square feet, plus a two-story guest house that is a magnificent home on its own. Even if he keeps the two houses separate, he will have plenty of space.

In contrast to the $1.8 million they spent on it back in 1993, the Estefans made a fortune.
